I agree. Sometimes, it is better to live in an illusion than face up to reality. Who knows maybe Jane Austen, if she had been given the chance before she knew what she could realise by being a writer, she could have prefered being a wife, a cook, and a mother!

Dear logician
Have you ever listened that a person passed his or her whole life into an illusion. You willn't have. But sometimes it happen. The simple difference is sometimes an illusion is beautiful, we don't want to be out of it and sometimes viz versa, willingly we can't shun it.
